How It Works

On the day of your event, we'll arrive at the agreed time to deliver your sim racing rental equipment as part of our event racing services. Our team will professionally assemble, position, and test everything to ensure it’s ready to race before your guests arrive.  

When your hire period ends, we will dismantle and collect all the equipment. We'll leave the area tidy, making the whole process completely hassle free.

Once everything is set up, it's time to hit the track! Our event sim racing services ensure that we don’t just stop at delivery; we'll be there throughout your event to guarantee everything runs smoothly. We'll guide your guests through our racing simulator, helping them get comfortable with the controls, and offer coaching along with driving tips for those looking to improve their lap times. Whether someone is a complete beginner or an experienced racer, our sim racing  service will tailor our support to their skill level, so everyone can enjoy the experience.
